More of the same as yesterday as we needed to get the hang of launches etc – tomorrow we get to try high launches for the first time, so looking forward to that.

Meanwhile back in Pokhara i decided to try one of the barber shop massages where they beat you half to death in the pursuit of relaxation, they tried the old Í did give your back a rub as well as your shoulders so pay me double’ at the end which kind of spoiled a good massage, but I’ll probably go back again as we developed as grudging respect as I told them to ’sod off and attempt marital liasons with yer mum’. Below is a picture of the shop itself which looked like an Indian truck turned inside out….
