OK, it’s been a bit of a mission here at CyberGypsy towers to track down where Google voice went but I did it. You need to switch on ‘US English’ instead of the queens own English and there it is. You can still only upgrade to get the real benefit of a telephone number that you can get voice mail, phone messages delivered by email etc if you have a US phone number, so whatever. I made a half hearted attempt to call my lady and didn’t get through. I can imagine really wealthy people feel like this when they get a new car and leave it in the garage.



It will eventually work fine.

Meanwhile I have to sort out some method of receiving calls whilst abroad without incurring huge phone bills. Ha!
