The city of Norwich has become Britain’s largest open wifi network. You can login within a 4km radius of county hall, which has a “pre WiMax” 5.8 GHz connection sitting on top.

So, is Norwich a hotbed of Gypsy activity, with little tinkers tappety tapping away in the rural east of Britain?
