Imagine that a committee of Europeans came together and decided to make a city. It had to be a little bit gritty, more latin than Northern European but everyone would be represented. Pop in a large Jewish presence and voila. Buenos Aires.

The only thing I would have put into the mix would have been a bit handful of London pubs, but whatever, it’s pretty perfect as it is.
